• Email address — only if you choose to upgrade from a guest account to a registered account

• Password — only for registered accounts, stored securely and never readable by us

Information generated by playing:

• Game history and statistics — matches played, scores, wins and losses

• Chat messages — messages sent to opponents during matches

• Avatar selection — your chosen in-game avatar

Information collected automatically:

• User ID — a unique identifier assigned to your account

• Device identifier — used to send push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account

• Match you with opponents and run multiplayer matches

• Display leaderboards and statistics

• Send push notifications when it is your turn or a match has been created

• Show advertisements via Google AdMob

• Allow you to communicate with opponents via in-game chat

• Investigate reports of abusive behaviour and enforce our rules

3. Third Party Services

LetterDrop uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Supabase — database and backend infrastructure. Your game data is stored on Supabase servers. supabase.com/privacy

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and game history are permanently deleted from our servers.

5. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you

• Request correction of inaccurate data

• Request deletion of your data

• Object to or restrict how we process your data

6. Children's Privacy

LetterDrop is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us, and we will delete it.
