Delete Your LetterDrop Account

To delete your LetterDrop account and all associated data:

1. Open LetterDrop on your device

2. Go to Settings

3. Tap Delete Account

4. Confirm deletion when prompted

No longer have the app installed?
Email us at support@luckstonegames.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include your username. We will delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted:

• Your username and display name

• Your email address and password (if you created a registered account)

• Your game history and match statistics

• Your chat messages

• Your avatar selection

• Your leaderboard entries

What is retained:

• Anonymised aggregate statistics that cannot be linked back to you (e.g. total games played across all users) may be retained indefinitely

• If you have submitted a report against another user, a record of that report may be retained for safety and abuse prevention purposes

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
